Miracle Noodle was founded in 2006 by Jonathan Carp, MD, inspired by a trip to Japan where he discovered the health benefits of shirataki noodles. Since then, Dr. Carp and his family have been committed to offering a healthy, tasty, and convenient solution for maintaining a balanced diet. Miracle Noodle is a unique, naturally low carb noodle that is gluten-free, soy-free, and made from the soluble fiber of the Konnyaku Imo plant.
