Miraco operates in the air conditioning and refrigeration sector, with activities spanning manufacturing, distribution, HVAC contracting, commercial refrigeration, and service. In Egypt it maintains the largest dealership network and the largest air-condition service organization, supported by an extensive service footprint across the market. The company's origins trace back to 1976 when Miraco was founded as a joint-stock company in Egypt, based in 6th of October City, Giza, with the original Abu Rewash factory established in 1979.
