Missouri Community Action Network is the statewide association coordinating Missouri's 19 Community Action Agencies and their allied supporters in the effort to address poverty. Its reach covers all 114 counties in Missouri and the City of St. Louis, serving more than 250,000 low-income Missourians annually through locally driven programs. Based in Jefferson City, Missouri, the organization operates as a nonprofit, nonpartisan entity that strengthens the network through education, training, and advocacy for the families it serves. Within the nonprofit sector focused on community action, Missouri CAN facilitates collaboration and capacity-building to improve services for low-income families. In May 2020, it partnered with Missourians to End Poverty to release the 2020 Missouri Poverty Report.
