MiW, LLC is the result of one man's desire to empower people to overcome the barriers they face when searching for employment. Many people want to work, but many do not know how to address their employment barriers.  Kelly A. Watts (an educator and management professional) recognized this issue existed in the Tampa Bay region, and he decided to do something to address it.

MiW, LLC offers empowering personal development and workforce development workshops to government and private agencies, organizations, colleges and universities, training institutions, faith-based communities, and any others who provide workforce services to people.  Even the career seeking individual is welcome.  

Through our specialized workshops, the participants will learn how to turn their stumbling blocks into stepping stones, and use their newfound tools to achieve their career goals.
