Independent, Experienced MJ M Consulting Engineers is an independent civil engineering consultancy founded in 1978 with a multidisciplinary, director-led delivery model. This signals stability, long-term client relationships, and a track record of practical, cost-conscious solutions that can be leveraged to win repeat and referral work in similar civil, structural, and infrastructure projects.

UK and NI Focus The firm supports projects across the UK and Northern Ireland, with a strong emphasis on highways, transport planning, large-scale production and logistics facilities, mixed-use developments, and public sector schemes. This breadth suggests opportunities in transportation infrastructure, industrial logistics hubs, and education/public sector tenders.

Fast Decision-Making Delivery is director-led, enabling quicker decisions, faster answers, and fewer surprises on constrained or brownfield sites. This selling point can be positioned to clients with tight timelines, complex site conditions, or urgent project delivery needs.

Full-Stack Engineering Engineers are trained to work across all disciplines while maintaining specialist focus. The multidisciplinary approach is valuable during due diligence and pre-planning, presenting upsell opportunities for integrated civil, structural, and infrastructure services in complex projects.

Mid-Sized Advantage With 11-50 employees and revenues likely under 10 million, MJM offers a lean, responsive alternative to larger firms. This positioning can appeal to mid-market clients seeking efficient governance, competitive pricing, and personal accountability on projects.
