Psychiatric Medication Management 401-348-2800 Originally from Rhode Island, Samantha Winfrey is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management to children and adults, 6 years of age and older, experiencing depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder and mood related disorders. In 2006, she attended the University of Delaware where she pitched Division 1 for the Blue Hens and continued to University of Virginia where she graduated with a Master’s in Nursing, specializing in psychiatry. Ms. Winfrey works closely with parents, teachers, school counselors, therapists, primary care, and psychologists in order to collaborate closely and maintain continuity of care for patients and their families. Her licensed therapy dog named “Mason” accompanies her providing emotional support and companionship to those in need. Genetic testing (www.genesight.com) is also available! Massage Therapy 401-348-2800 Mr. Anthony Marsh is a licensed massage therapist providing services to both men and women. He specializes in bodywork techniques including Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Swedish Massage.
