In cooperation with major contact center vendors, mobile messaging solutions created a seamless messaging integration with the customer service desktop. Originally built to handle mobile carrier messaging for Bell Mobility, the mobile messaging solutions SMS Broadcast System can be used by clients to send any number of messages to customers at a moment’s notice. A number of specialized features allow clients to customize message broadcasts and integrate back-end systems for automated broadcasts.

Mobile messaging solutions can text-enable your existing toll-free or local number so you can use it for both voice and text. We can also provision a carrier-based short code from CSCA for higher throughput services. We also maintain the largest network of international carriers allowing us to provide 2-way connectivity to virtually every mobile phone on the planet.
