MOC provides SEMS compliance assurance on every project as a courtesy to our clients through its own operator equivalent SEMS which is monitored and managed by MOC’s SEMS steering committee and SEMS proficient Project Managers, UWA’s and Clerk's. MOC also provides personnel and vendor compliance verification and vetting through the use of its ISNetworld owner/operator account. MOC is an active participant in the DISA drug and alcohol screening program.
