Modern Day Therapy is a counseling agency designed to offer quality care and tailored services that are convenient and flexible. We provide counseling for children/adolescents, teens, couples and families. Our focus is on providing holistic and eclectic approaches to therapy, which we achieve by offering unique services including yoga therapy, therapy incorporating music and the arts, parenting groups and teen groups.

Our client approach to counseling is relationship-based. Our therapists work with and provide guidance to our clients while incorporating our knowledge and experience using successfully proven techniques.

We strive to provide therapy services that are affordable, convenient and accessible by implementing options such as Skype sessions, home-/community-based counseling and sessions at our centrally located office.
