LABOR & EMPLOYMENT LAW We represent individuals, businesses, and labor unions in state and federal court proceedings, labor arbitration hearings, and proceedings before state and federal administrative agencies. We also act as a neutral arbitrator, mediator, and Special Master in these cases. NEW YORK WORKERS COMPENSATION LAW We represent individuals, particularly people who work in the building and construction trades, in all proceedings before the New York Workers' Compensation Board ["WCB"]. We also represent some employers in WCB proceedings involving the Uninsured Employers Fund.
