Modland Design is natural evolution from a previous partnership with Suite Design Group.  Carrying on the traditions and philosophies that were created in this former business, Modland Design strives to offer a fresh perspective on your project.

Residential design is a personal expression of each individual.  This ideal is embodied through each design creating a unique experience.  While we often start with a style or design character, each landscape evolves from the incorporation of ideas, photos, feelings and expressions. 

Each design will start from a gathering of ideas and images and culminate into a conceptual design.  While we are not a design/build firm, we do offer assistance through the entire process including contractor selection, bid reviews, site visits and coordination with the selected installer.
