Moementum was founded in 2000 in an effort to serve as “unconsultants” working with courageous senior leaders seeking big changes in their organizations, Moementum, Inc. has steadily grown since it’s inception. We work with clients all over the world, with a special affinity for those in our neighborhood or at least the magnificent Pacific Northwest. Principals Moe Carrick and Jim Morris partner with a diverse talent pool of associates around the world. We bring focus and clarity to the work of leaders through coaching, observation, planning, communication and learning. We do not believe there is one “right” way for leaders to operate. We do believe that great leadership starts with deep self-awareness, humility, openness, and desire to grow. In March of 2015, Moementum joined over 1,000 other companies from more than 60 industries and 34 countries with one unifying goal: to redefine success in business as Certified B Corporations. Certified B Corporations meet higher standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability, and are legally required to consider the impact of their decisions not only on their shareholders, but also on their stakeholders (e.g.,workers, suppliers, community, consumers, and the environment).
