Moffett Physical Therapy is a family owned business with highly trained therapists and friendly staff.  We are committed to providing a caring and positively charged environment to treat a wide range of diagnoses, incorporating the latest treatments.  We are both manual and exercise based to improve the health and spirit of all of our patients.  We will regularly communicate with each referring physician through assessments, treatment plans and goals to achieve the appropriate level of recovery and function.  From initial evaluation through discharge, Moffett Physical Therapy will guide patients through one-on-one treatment, appropriate home exercise program and education to achieve their individual goals.
