The MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT) is the Ministry of Health’s innovation office, established in 2018 to drive system-level transformation in healthcare. We work at the intersection of policy, operations, and technology to develop and scale care models that empower health, improve outcomes, and deliver better value for Singaporeans. Our mission is to help reshape the health system, so it keeps people healthier for longer. We partner closely with MOH, public healthcare clusters, and community stakeholders to co-design, iterate and test solutions, so that they are ready for real-world deployment and sustainable mainstream adoption. MOHT’s work is focused on three priorities: - Proactive Primary Care – Preventive, team-based care that activates patients and supports longitudinal health - Scalable Digital Mental Health Solutions – Technology-enabled models that improve access and support de-escalation at scale - Patient Flow Optimisation – Integrated pathways that reduce avoidable hospital use and right-site care in the community We add value by: - Executing well and driving meaningful change - Mitigating risks to ensure sustainable outcomes - Fostering collaboration across diverse partners, approaches, and domains At MOHT, we are committed to being an inclusive employer. We hire based on merit and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone is respected and valued, regardless of background. Join us in transforming healthcare, together.
