History: The agency incorporated in 1975 under the name "Samuel A. Montgomery, Jr., Inc." and Mr. Montgomery was the sole owner of the agency until his retirement in 1990. In celebration of our 50th anniversary and our standing as a multi-faceted agency handling Personal, Commercial and Financial Services, our name changed to "Montgomery Insurance Services, Inc." Our current agency is a third generation business and our holding company, Montgomery Insurance Holding Group (MIHG), includes Montgomery Insurance Services, Inc., First Keystone Insurance Services, LLC, located in Media, PA, and Allman & Company, Inc. located in Fort Washington, PA. Our story continues to grow from the small, one man shop in 1946 to a full service, multi-location insurance agency ready to serve our customers with the best technology, insurance companies and customer service available today.
