Mooseheart is a private residential community and school that serves children who are in need of an alternative living environment for a wide variety of reasons. Living in single-family homes on a 1,000-acre campus, children are cared for by highly trained Family Teachers who work with them toward the mastery of social/independent living skills. Those successfully graduating high school from the program have an opportunity to earn scholarship monies to the college or university of their choice.

Mooseheart strives to provide its residents with a caring community, a nurturing and encouraging home, a solid education, and an opportunity to reach their full potential free from the stressors that limited their opportunities prior to their arrival.
