The Partners of the firm are also affiliated with a title company, which assists the Real Estate Group in the closing of loans and other transactions on behalf of various institutional lenders and other clients of the firm.

Our General Business and Corporate practice provides all forms of business entities with strategic planning and assistance in day-to-day operations. We counsel our clients on the legal and business aspects of organizing, operating, financing, and growing their businesses.

Our firm also includes a strong Litigation practice, representing companies, individuals and union members in a range of legal matters including commercial, construction, insurance, and personal injury.
