Morning Sun works with state, county and local public agencies as well as private insurance plans that utilize participant-directed services.  These services allow the individual to make more choices about the services they receive and how they are provided.  Morning Sun serves people of all ages including persons with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, those with chronic health problems, persons with serious emotional disturbance, persons with acquired brain injuries, people with HIV/AIDs and seniors.
