Morningside University is a private college located in Sioux City, IA, recognized for providing students with exceptional active learning experiences in undergraduate programs, as well as flexible, practical, online coursework through graduate programs and a bachelor’s degree completion option. 

Morningside offers bachelor’s degrees in more than 65 areas of study, as well as graduate degrees in nursing and education. The college enrolls approximately 2800 students from nearly all 50 states and 20 countries. It is located on a picturesque 69-acre campus in the heart of Iowa’s fourth largest city. Morningside is known for robust study abroad and May Term programs that provide students the ability to personalize their education and access a global network of opportunities. It is home to 28 athletics teams that are affiliated with the NAIA, more than 50 clubs and organizations, thriving choral and instrumental music programs, theatre, and other well-established experiential learning programs that provide students opportunities outside the traditional classroom setting. 

Morningside also serves the Siouxland region in a variety of ways, offering theatrical and music performances to the public, hosting public events, nationally-known speakers, political debates, and nearly every Presidential candidate of the last two decades.
