The Femoral Introducer Sheath and Hemostasis Device (FISH™) is a new approach to vascular closure that utilizes a ribbon of extracellular matrix, known as small intestinal submucosa (SIS®), pre-mounted on a sheath introducer to serve as the closure mechanism.

SIS® Technology
The FISH™ Device utilizes SIS® (small intestinal submucosa), “a natural, extracellular matrix scaffold with three-dimensional structure and a biochemical composition that is attractive to host cell infiltration and conductive to tissue regeneration.”
