This was the ideology behind why we started the company. We wanted to dignify the farmers behind the great coffee we roast—farmers who were kept in poverty by unfair trade. Founded on a premise to do good, we became one of the top coffee roasters in the world along the way.

“Mostra” is the Italian word for exhibition. But more than that, it represents the pursuit of greatness in all its forms—whether through the precision of coffee and culinary artistry, the discipline of performance, or the courage to uplift others. It’s not just about excellence; it’s about using one’s craft to create lasting impact. True greatness is measured not only by skill but by the purpose behind it.
