Mothers' Milk Bank Northeast is a community nonprofit that operates as a milk bank accredited by the Human Milk Banking Association of North America to provide pasteurized donor human milk to fragile babies in the Northeastern United States. Its advocacy and education work in breastfeeding support aims to ensure donor milk is accessible and distributed equitably. Donated milk is processed daily in its lab in Newton, following HMBANA and FDA standards.

The organization serves more than 90 hospitals in 11 states and also supports families nationwide who order milk. Since screening more than 9,000 potential donors, milk can be shipped free of charge or dropped off at 28 depots across 10 states, with governance provided by a Board of Directors, a Medical Advisory Board, and a Research Advisory Board. Based in the Boston suburb of Newton, Massachusetts, MMBNE also announced a collaboration in 2024 with GE Appliances to design and customize its Salesforce database.
