In 2010 we launched a men’s grooming brand. We won 15 industry awards, entered the shelves of Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales and then shut it all down. We decided to start over. We spent countless hours in online beauty forums and spoke to our customers. Inclusivity and a holistic approach was important from day one - gender wasn’t.
