The fusion of these organizations created an Employee Benefits Consultancy unparalleled in expertise, innovation and efficiency.

Adding to our core competencies of Employee Benefits Consulting and Health Insurance Claims Management, Moulton & Hardin expanded its services to complete the total Workforce Management Process – Human Resource Solutions (HR) and Payroll Solutions, ultimately creating a complete Human Resource and Employee Life Cycle Management Solution, aptly named M&H OneSource.

The joining of management, ideas and technologies was the driving force behind our company’s flagship product - M&H OneSource. Comprised of three core disciplines— Employee Benefits, Human Resources, and Payroll Solutions - M&H OneSource addresses all HR-related matters; Benefit Administration, Premium Deduction Management, Employee Benefits Consulting and Procurement, Payroll Software as a Solution, Payroll Outsourcing, Tax Filing, HR Consulting, Applicant, and Recruitment Modules.

M&H One Source is designed using a single Human Resource Management System (HRMS), enabling seamless integration between all HR entities such as payroll, employee benefit companies, and employee self-service.
