Mountain States Property Management, Inc. is a professional real estate management and development company based out of Logan, Utah. We manage a portfolio of self-owned commercial and residential properties. Our portfolio of residential properties consists of upscale multi-family apartments in northern Utah. Our commercial properties consist primarily of office and commercial buildings. We were founded in 1979 and have continuously developed and managed a wide variety of real estate holdings since then. Our staff consists of property managers, accountants, and maintenance personnel who are professionally trained to handle property leasing, operations and capital improvements of the real estate.
