MPD, Inc. was established in 1987 and is headquartered in Owensboro, Kentucky. We are an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company consisting of primarily eight wholly owned subsidiaries. These include MPD Components, Inc.,  MPH Industries, Inc., Kustom Signals, Inc., Lion Laboratories Limited, CMI, Inc., FIC Corporation,  On-Duty Depot, and Ohio-Valley Two-Way Radio. As employee-owners, we are all committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers.

MPD's customers include U.S. and foreign military services and their contractors, avionics manufacturers, law enforcement organizations, industrial companies and commercial companies. We proudly create products, instruments and devices which are used with in federal, state, local and foreign government agencies.
