Mr. B's Chocolates is rich with a 30+ year history in Willmar, Minnesota and was founded by the late Dwight Barnes, a Willmar icon and the 'Original Mr. B'. Today Mr. B's Chocolates' legacy still holds strong and the chocolate story continues, only with Brian Bollig as the new 'narrator' of this fantastic chocolate adventure. 

Our Mr. B's Chocolates are made with only the finest ingredients and are 100% hand-crafted daily right here in our Minnesota shop. They are made with love by an exceptional staff that put their hearts into the chocolate-making process. Using original Swiss and Belgian recipes, we begin our creations with CALLEBAUT, Belgium's finest chocolate known for its exceptional texture and taste, and used only by the best chocolatiers across the globe. Other preferred ingredients are then added: fresh Minnesota dairy cream and butter, vanilla beans from Madagascar, marzipan from Germany, and choice fruit purees and cocoa butter from Switzerland to name a few. Our chocolatiers create fresh, small-batch confections so no artificial preservatives need to be used.
