MSI Integrity is a civic and social organizations group based in San Francisco, California, focused on evaluating the effectiveness of multi-stakeholder initiatives (MSIs) in protecting and promoting human rights. Over the past decade, the organization has conducted research detailing the limitations of MSIs and has published findings on its website, including a report titled Not Fit-For-Purpose. The group is currently expanding its focus to explore how lessons from multi-stakeholder governance can inform business models that prioritize governance and ownership structures centered on workers and communities, as reflected in its newer work, Beyond Corporations.
