Mt. San Rafael Hospital and Clinics is a 25-bed critical access facility that also provides a Rural Health Clinic and several Specialty Clinics which serve the medical and surgical needs of residents located in Trinidad, Colorado, and the surrounding areas.

Our staff of highly trained professionals works closely as a team to provide the highest quality healthcare services for our communities. Through the leadership of our Board of Trustees, Mt.
