Since 1997, Multi Serve has provided residential and commercial contracting services. In early 2000, we expanded the business to include full service Bank Owned Capital Repair. In the ensuing years, we integrated licensed employees to form our Mechanical Division specializing in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and boiler service. As Multi Serve continued to grow, their highly qualified technicians allowed them to expand into the Insurance Restoration market; servicing properties after water, fire or storm damage occurs.

In 2014 Multi Serve added offices in Wisconsin and Illinois. Today Multi Serve operates seven fully staffed offices across Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin. The dedication that is put into each job has given Multi Serve a reputation for outstanding service, communication and quality. Since day one, Multi Serve has been passionate about providing the best service experience possible to its customers and continues to do just that with every new office that opens.
