MultiGreen was founded in 2019 as a real estate development and operating company specializing in ground-up construction of attainable & sustainable tech-enabled multifamily housing. MultiGreen publicly launched with an announcement from Davos, Switzerland, on January 20, 2020, at the 50th Annual World Economic Forum. The MultiGreen team of specialists register, certify, and report all properties to USGBC or GBI, WELL or Fitwel, commited to acheiving net zero carbon (NZC), and advancing net zero energy (NZE), in accordance to IFLI or Phius frameworks. Our investment selection process is inclusive of GRI alignment and PRI principles. Comprehensive portfolio performance and industry benchmarks are guided by GIPS, GRESB, and SASB reporting. MultiGreen meets the highest standards of social and environmental impact in the built-environment. MultiGreen is the first mainstream Design-Build/Owner-Operator to be certified as a B Corporation. B Corporation certification is administered by the non-profit B Lab organization and is awarded to companies that demonstrate leadership in their commitment to environmental, social, and governance standards, verifying a latticework of regenerative, resilient, and responsible business practices (ESG+R).
