Murdock is a senior living consulting firm based in Dallas and Oklahoma City. Our focus is strictly senior living, senior care, and senior services including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and home- and community-based services. Our primary expertise is communities offering multiple levels of care. Our strategies and tactics are refined from years of experience and research. 

Matt Wilson started Murdock in 2008 after having discovered there was a need for a more personalized approach to senior living consultation and occupancy initiatives at senior living communities and senior care providers.  After a number of years at larger senior living consulting firms, Matt realized that, many times, strategic efforts were taking far too long to implement and execute due to internal challenges – internal hierarchy, inefficient processes, and team members burdened by far too many responsibilities and assignments.  He recognized a need for a firm designed specifically to address clients’ needs more effectively, more quickly and less expensively.  

Murdock’s services are designed to enable and empower organizations to successfully market, sell, and represent their product options. Our services encompass all critical areas to successful marketing and sales, such as sales management and training, differentiation, relationship marketing, marketing oversight, strategic marketing and planning, marketing audits, mystery shopping, feasibility studies, and focus groups.
