Mustardseed Cultural and Environmental Services, LLC (MCE) provides material culture and ethnographic field research; thorough environmental compliance audits; tailored environmental and safety management programs; Phase I environmental site assessments; National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental assessments; EPA-accredited RRP Training Provider; Wetland Delineations; and owner construction project management services. Our company has extensive experience working on long linear projects that require well designed plans for dealing with mobilization, inaccurate information such as maps of the project area, weather concerns, landowner contacts, and land access problems.
