MVL is a mid-sized technology company based in Singapore that operates an incentive-based mobility ecosystem anchored by blockchain. The platform records data across users and vehicles—including transactions, movements, accidents, and maintenance—and links it into a single shared network. Participants earn MVL points for their activity and can convert those points into MVL coins, supporting a transparent and reliable mobility data ecosystem. It also operates the ride-hailing service TADA, which launched in Singapore in 2018 with a zero-commission model for drivers. Since February 26 in Singapore, the MVL incentive program has been applied to TADA, rewarding drivers and riders within the ecosystem. In July 2021 MVL Foundation Pte. Ltd announced a partnership with TZ APAC to develop its data business using a hybrid blockchain that combines Hyperledger Fabric and the Tezos public blockchain.
