Mvnifest invests in and operates brands. Our venture equity fund makes strategic acquisitions in consumer businesses and drives profitable growth. Our operating team vertically integrates core brand functions: we’ve put product design, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, sales, and business administration under a single roof.

As an agency, we flex into projects on a tactical basis, delivering value where it’s needed the most. Engagements are scoped or hourly, depending on complexity, duration, and resources required.

We’re here to build.
As an operator, we take responsibility for growth, augmenting staff and filling talent gaps. We design fixed-rate retainers to meet brand goals, adding fractional or full-time talent to the roster.

We’re here to lead.
As a venture equity fund, we acquire and manage all facets of a business. Acquired brands snap into Mvnifest’s enterprise-scale functions across strategy, creative, ops, and finance. We use our operational leverage to build, grow, and exit, generating meaningful financial outcomes for founders and partners.

We are a primarily remote workforce, with ground operations in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Allentown, Orlando, and New York City, and international teams in Mexico, Colombia, and China. In building a world-class team, our goal is to in-source as many components of a business as possible—design, manufacturing, marketing, sales & distribution, tech, operations—and offer it all up in service of brand growth. If you thrive on flexibility, are a hardcore completionist, and aren't intimidated by a team that goes after winning the sprint AND the marathon, you'll be right at home. There's a lot going on here—we're not reinventing the wheel, but everything else is fair game.
