Beam is the fastest growing dental plan in the country and a recent addition to the Pacific Northwest. They have the highest annual maximum plans in the state at $5,000 per member (other annual maximums are available), options include 100% coverage on CLASS II services, Adult/Child Ortho and others. If you need a resource for ERISA WRAP documents, Section 125 documents, FSA/HSA or HRA banking, FMLA or COBRA service we have you covered. MOB contracts with three carriers for worksite marketing making it easy to compare carriers and products and choose the right carrier for your client. We have 6 level self-funded carriers and we can quote all 6 carriers using one health form saving you and the employer time. A limited number of appointments will be offered in each county.
