We now have over 40 locations across Central & South Florida and Texas, and currently serve over 35,000 Medicare Advantage and Medicare patients, with a total base of over 100,000 patients. We are currently one of the top 5 largest primary care services in the United States. We started off in 2018 as a few medical groups bringing 40 collective years of experience together to better serve our communities. In 2021, we had just shy of 200 employees, and in less than 2 years, we are now are nearing 1,000 strong.
