MyHealth Access Network is Oklahoma’s statewide health information exchange, connecting health care providers with the information they need to deliver safer, more coordinated care. Through secure, trusted data sharing, MyHealth enables authorized providers to access patient health records across organizations, helping reduce gaps in care, improve clinical decision-making, and support better health outcomes for Oklahomans. As a nonprofit organization, MyHealth serves as a neutral convener for health data exchange, bringing together more than 150 participating health care organizations across the state. Our network supports collaboration while prioritizing privacy, security, and transparency. All access to health information is carefully monitored to ensure data is used appropriately and only by authorized professionals. MyHealth works alongside hospitals, physician practices, tribal and university health systems, safety-net clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, public health organizations, first responders, payers, employers, and state leaders to strengthen care coordination and advance a healthier Oklahoma.
