Every recruiting project is run by a PMP trained Project Manager.  Your Project Manager continuously monitors the Project progress and immediately steps in should the Project encounter delays.  When the delay is mST based, he is fully empowered to draw on ALL the resources of myStaffingTEAM to get the Project back on track.  Should the delay lie with the client, the PM coaches and mentors the Hiring Team to overcome delays.
