My Wellbeing connects therapy-seekers with quality therapists fit for their needs. As therapists, the MyWellbeing team built the platform following personal experience and the experience of peers. We improve the therapist-finding process by fostering trust among individuals and therapists. We look forward to easing your introduction to therapy and, ultimately, heightening your experience of self.

Therapy is a rare and special opportunity to become more familiar with yourself. Sometimes, we are brought to therapy by a particular trauma or grievance. Other times, we are interested in learning about chronic pain or behaviors that interfere with our day-to-day. Other times still, we are interested in becoming the best version of ourselves, and would like to have the dedicated space weekly to work toward this very admirable goal.
