MyWorkDrive delivers secure, VPN-free access to enterprise file infrastructure without migration. The platform connects existing storage to modern access requirements while preserving infrastructure and permission models. Storage Connectivity Connects directly to Windows SMB shares, Azure Files, Azure NetApp Files, Amazon FSx for NetApp, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure Blob with Data Lake Gen2. Files remain in existing repositories. NTFS ACLs, SharePoint permissions, and Data Lake access controls continue as configured. Identity Integration Deploy using Active Directory with SAML 2.0 SSO or Microsoft Entra ID. Authentication occurs at the identity provider with existing MFA and conditional access policies. Operates on least-privilege principles with no permission elevation capability. User Experience Access through web browsers, Windows and macOS mapped drives, and iOS and Android mobile apps. Desktop Office works through mapped drives with traditional file locking. Browser editing uses Office Online with temporary Microsoft 365 staging and automatic write-back. Security and Governance All connections use TLS 1.2 or higher. Optional DLP controls include download blocking, watermarking, and clipboard restrictions per share or group. Device approval governs client access. Audit logging exports to SIEM via Syslog. Supports compliance efforts for HIPAA, FINRA, GDPR, and CMMC by preserving control of identity, data location, and audit. SOC 2 Type II certified. Deployment Ranges from single-server implementations to multi-node clusters behind load balancers. Publishing options include direct HTTPS, reverse proxy, Microsoft Entra Application Proxy, or Cloud Web Connector with outbound-only connections. Implementation typically completes within days to weeks. Used by healthcare systems, financial services, legal practices, educational institutions, and manufacturing companies requiring secure file access across distributed teams while maintaining data sovereignty.
