Nantucket Culinary Center (NCC) operates as a year-round culinary destination on Nantucket, offering hands-on cooking classes, culinary-themed public events, and an in-house Corner Table Café. Located at 22 Federal Street in Nantucket, Massachusetts, the center is housed in a landmark building that also serves as a venue for private parties and events, with three floors dedicated to community well-being and the island’s culinary past, present, and future. The main floor includes a demonstration and test kitchen for local and visiting chefs, plus spaces for programs and live recording or streaming of events; the upstairs area provides a state-of-the-art classroom kitchen and a private dining room that can serve groups up to 16 for hands-on learning, with a seasonal curriculum and near-nightly classes. The Corner Table Café, open daily, offers a family-friendly menu of seasonal snacks and meals inspired by the culinary school and visiting chefs, emphasizing a social space that complements the center’s educational focus.
