Natick Community Organic Farm is a local farming operation in Natick, Massachusetts that centers on organic agriculture and community access to food and learning. It markets locally grown, certified-organic produce alongside meats, eggs, and maple syrup, and sells climate-appropriate organic seedlings each spring for home gardeners. The farm functions as a community hub, welcoming families, students, volunteers, and people with diverse abilities to learn about farming and contribute to the local food system.

Leadership began with Lynda Simkins, hired as Director in 1980; after her retirement in 2018, Executive Director Casey Townsend has led the organization. NCOF has served as a model and source of inspiration for other educational and community-based organic farms in Massachusetts and beyond, while maintaining its role as an advocate for organic agriculture and environmental stewardship.
