•  2 National Park Service concession operations, 4 Florida State Park concession operations, 1 city of North Port concession operation, and 1 fine dining experience at the U.S. Pentagon.

• Provide food service ranging from grab-and-go to fast casual to fine dining, including menu designs focusing on fresh and local ingredients, concept design, ordering of equipment and supplies, and hiring of appropriate staff.

• Provide a variety of recreational activities  and interpretive services to visitors of all ages and physical capabilities, including guided boat tours, guided canoe/kayak/standup paddleboard tours, guided horseback/carriage/hay rides, canoe/kayak/standup paddleboard/ bicycle rentals.

• Provide a range of retail items to appeal to visitors of various economic backgrounds by developing a retail policy which focuses on park and area themes, local artisans, and community collaboration.

• Provide lodging opportunities for guests seeking overnight experiences in Florida State Parks with a full spectrum of guest support services.

• Maintain government properties, including historical property, to the specifications of government contract, including janitorial, maintenance, and light construction work.

• Create  cutting-edge environmental management programs, policies of which have now become standard practices in the parks in which we operate.
