NAMWOLF is a nonprofit trade association based in Chicago that gathers minority- and women-owned law firms and other interested parties across the United States. Founded in 2001, the organization aims to advance diversity in the legal profession by promoting greater retention of minority- and women-owned firms within client relationships. It seeks to recognize firms that demonstrate excellence, advocate for their retention, and support their growth through training and collaboration.

NAMWOLF envisions being the leading organization in legal diversity, pursuing durable partnerships between top minority- and women-owned firms and private or public entities. With a small to mid-sized staff, NAMWOLF operates nationwide. It has pursued initiatives such as the Inclusion Initiative launched in 2010 to strengthen corporate retention of diverse firms, and in March 2026 appointed Lydia Bueschel as Vice-Chair of the Board.
