National Center for Dispute Settlement, LLC (NCDS) is a neutral administrator of alternative dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration) programs. If parties are unable to reach a mediated resolution to their dispute, NCDS provides a conduit between its’ Arbitrator(s) and the parties for the transmitting of information, evidence, requests, and decisions in accordance with the rules of its' programs.
