National College Resources Foundation (NCRF) is an educational enhancement agency whose mission is to curtail the high school dropout rate and increase degree and/or certificate enrollment among underserved, underrepresented, at risk, low resource, homeless and foster students. Our vision is to close the gaps in educational achievement, workforce, and economic disparities with the goal to end racism and racial inequality. 
NCRF was developed in 1999 to serve as a vital link between minorities and college admissions. NCRF provides holistic, comprehensive intervention, mentoring, academic support/tutoring, college and career planning, and student athlete assistance and support.
