National Custom has 40 employees with 11 site supervisors who work nationwide with retail, hospitality and corporate clients. Our culture and commitment to client satisfaction can be summarized by our motto,  “The Road to Success is Always Under Construction,” in that we constantly challenge ourselves to make process improvements to ensure customer satisfaction. 
We have recently added project management and accounting staff to meet our clients’ current and growing needs for transparency and documentation. We have also invested in web-based technology to help provide accurate and timely communications to our clients with daily reports, weekly reports schedules, RFIs and CORs. We are committed to rigorous compliance to contractual and client needs for communication and project documentation. Our willingness to invest in people and technology to keep pace with the changing professional landscape can be seen in no better way than the fact that our first client in 1980 is still a client 40 years later.
