Nationwide Court Services, Inc. was incorporated in 1994. Beginning as a legal adver­tising agency, NCS quickly expanded into the areas of process serving, court document retrieval, abstracting, settlement services, document recording, and issuing title insurance.

Our company motto is "Yes, we can do that!" and we have built a reputation for providing fast, reliable service. Nationwide Court Services, Inc. has been licensed by the Department  of Consumer Affairs for over fifteen (15) years and is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS), New York State  Professional Process Servers Association (NYSPPSA), United States Process Servers Association (USPSA) and New York State Land Title Association (NYSLTA). 

Nationwide Court Services, Inc., is under contract with several separate New York City agencies providing service of legal process, as well as title and abstract research. NCS operates out of four New York offices, with our headquarters located in Ronkonkoma, New York.  The collaborative spirit between our offices allows Nationwide to provide prompt, dependable service in all of New York State.  In the last few years, we have consistently increased office space and staffing in all of our offices to best serve the needs of our clients and will gladly continue to do so.

Each department is supervised by a staff attorney. The key to our unique organization is a commitment to customer service excellence. Our trained staff is always available to share insights and to offer creative suggestions on complex files. We enjoy challenges and have proven ourselves time and time again.
