In December, 2016, Nature’s Care and Wellness, LLC (“Nature’s Care”) received pre-approval from the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (“MMCC”) to open and operate a medical cannabis dispensary in Senatorial District 35.  After an extensive search, Nature’s Care entered into an agreement to lease approximately 2,600 sq. feet of space within the Martin Plaza Center located at 4925A Pulaski Highway in Perryville.  The fit-out of the space is estimated to begin in the next thirty (30) days.  Once the space is completed, Nature’s Care will await final inspection and approval of the MMCC before beginning operations.
